Full Circle Protein Balls
Make a batch of these yummy protein balls and store in the fridge for a quick and tasty snack during your busy week.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Full Circle Vanilla Whey Protein
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup raisins or chocolate chips
- 2-4 Tablespoons liquid (You can use water, Almond milk, etc.)
Method:
- Combine all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Add wet ingredients.
- Stir until ingredients are well combined.
- Use a small cookie scoop to form the individual balls. Place in a covered container in the fridge.
